It's so hard to chose, but the first thing that came into my mind must be my favorite one;
Too much blood has flown from the wrists, of the children shamed for those they chose to kiss.
Make it stop is in my opinion still the best song they ever wrote! It's a perfect example of how they write songs about subjects that are unknown to some people.

i also like this lines from disparity by design very much : If we just took a step back A bigger picture we might view Perhaps the man in the gutter Is not so different from you
Come in, out of the cold Forget all that you know Because there's always been room By the fire for you

Huh, that's really hard to say. There are so many. But I think maybe it's this one "too much blood has flown from the wrists of the children shamed for those they choose to kiss". Just because I was so inpressed that they wrote a song about such a topic. I think no one could do it better than Rise Against. Touched me really hard, will never forget that moment

This is such a hard question to answer, but some of my favourite lyrics are...
"Would God bless a murder of the innocents? Would God bless a war based on pride? Would God bless a money-hungry government? Noooo! Would God bless our ineffective court system? God bless the sweatshops we run. God bless America? God bless America?"
I know it's not one line!! But I think these are some of the most powerful words they have written.

Im gonna have to go with "Can we be saved? has the damage all been done? is it too late to reverse what we've become? a lesson to learn at a crucial point in time. Whats mine was always yours, and yours is mine." It has inspired me to stand up and fight for the future of our planet. before we go to far.

There are so many great quotes in RA songs. However, the most powerful quote for me, the one that impacted me the most, happens to be the final words in The Good Left Undone "All because of you, I believe in angels. Not the kind with wings, No, not the kind with halos, The kind that bring you home, When home becomes a strange place. I'll follow your voice, All you have to do is shout it out." It gives me chills everytime I hear it.

Since she had been there when times have been tough.

As someone who's been following the band since RPM, that is an extremely tough question to answer with all the great content in the last 13 years.
If I really had to pick, I'd go with "How we survive is what makes us who we are."
Survive is just one of those songs that puts me into tears every time I hear it. You have to make sure you survive the best you can because that is what really decides if you're the best you can be.

As i am a person which have had a lot of close relationships with other persons (mostly real close friends) i would probably say:
"All because of you, i believe in angels. Not the kind with wings, no not the kind with halos. The kind that brings you home, when home becomes a strange place, i follow you voice, all you have to do is shout it out", or "I'm not after fame and fortune, im after you. And when i've served my time i swear, i will come back for you".
These lyrics makes me feel the deep affection, to another human being, that i havent had, in a very long time.

I know it is a popular one but "How we survive is what makes us who we are" has defenitily had the greatest impact on my life. I think that the way how we go through life tells a lot about who we are and I decided to survive by not only looking out for myself but for others as well.
