The greatest impact? Damn. That's a tough one. My answer might be different some other day, but for now, I'm going to go with two.
"Smash what you see and let's restart, because mirrors can't see your heart" As someone who never quite recognized myself in the mirror - in the sense of, yes, I recognize that this is my body, but it doesn't actually look like ME - this one's done a ton in helping me towards - well, restarting.
"My life will not be lived in vain". This line - most of the whole song, but especially this line - pulled me out of a year-long funk. I'd gone through some shit, I'd lost most sense of myself and what I fight for, and out of nowhere this came on and snapped me back.
Eh. I said two, but I gotta add "You're still searching for these answers, not inside your wrists" for being one of the reasons I never cut when I was at my worst.

Um hi. I hope I'm using this right. But its really tough.
But for me it has to be "Make it stop, let this end. 18 years pushed to the ledge. It comes to this. A weightless step. On our way down singing."
I relate so much because this was one of the first RA songs I've heard. Endgame was my first album when I was in 6th grade and it helped me.

"We ran away, now all my friends are gone, maybe we've outgrown all the things we once loved"
Definitely not a easy one. Alot of lyrics have, or have had alot of impact on me so it's really hard to chose the one that's most important.

There are so many to choose from ._. Maybe “And too much blood has flown from the wrists of the children shamed, for those they chose to kiss“ (make it stop). All because I am bisexual and this line helped me not to commit suicide. On the other hand it's the chorus of 'Prayer of the refugee', pretty mainstream (I know xD) but this was the first song of them I heard, when I was in primary school (Cannot believe, that was nearly ten years ago). I was much more different than the other kids (I grown up listening to melodic hardcore - what more can I say? xD) "Prayer of the refugee was something like a hymn for me in that time, helped me, giving a fuck about what the others are saying

ow there are a lot of good lyrics lines.. but i guess i prefer this one from "restless world" the most: If we could just stay on the mountain path, over debris So I can breathe again, So we can live like we lived back then, When these lakes were only puddles And these monsters were still men. I wish they would perform this song on day at a concert in austria

Mine has to be from RPM: "When enough is enough, that's when you know that you're halfway there." Not one of their more uplifting lyrics but to be honest, the uplifting lyrics speak to me less than the hard hitting ones. This line is great because it helps in life an in workouts

To me it is 'you can lead me to the bloodbath, but you can't make me drink'. It tells me that whatever me happen to me. I will make my own future. However sad life may be at times.

theres so many too choose from and i dont know which one touches me the most so ill post a few
1. "We live on front porches and swing life away We get by just fine here on minimum wage" i always worry about my future and how it will be if ill have all my old friends or will i have enough money to get by and this reminds me what my mother always said when i was younger "whats important is that we all live healthy and happy, health is more important than wealth"
2. "Black leather boots Spit-shined so bright They cut off my hair But it looks alright We marched and we sang We all became friends As we learned how to fight" this one hits home because in israel we all have to deploy at age 18 and its a well known fact' that your true friends that will be with you during your life and adulthood are the ones you meet in the army. 95 percent of everyone in israel has somewhat of a connection to someone who has been killed in action. yet with this terrible reality we all want to deploy and fight for our country, and you see when someone gets injured and gets hospitalized, all he talks about in the interview is how he needs to get better quickly to get back to help his friends in battle

Others have used lines from it already, but the most impactful lines for me personally are both from "Make It Stop (September's Children)".
1. "It's always darkest just before the dawn, so stay awake with me, let's prove them wrong."
2. "Make it stop, Let this end, All these years pushed to the ledge, But proud I stand, of who I am, I plan to go on living."
This song has made more of an impact on me than almost any other. It's helped me figure out what I stand for, and what I want to do with my life. It made me come to the conclusion that I want to dedicate my life to preventing suicide. In addition to that, it played a part in helping me fight my way through the darkest period of my life. This song and a few others are a large part of why I'm still here. I am so thankful that this song and this band exist.
