Hey guys,
most of you know our original "Project Rise" Video.
A lot of you asked us, if we do something like this
again. And the answer is: YES! But we need your help.
Tell us your ideas about a new "Project Rise Project",
(almost) everything is possible. From drawing competions,
to a gigantic Rise Against cover video! Just tell us below
this thread!

Yeah, I thought about a cover. A few can sing, or a play an instrument I think. And the rest could do this thing with the lyrics as in the original project. When there's somebody out there (like me  ) who can't play a whole song, we can make different parts, so everybody gets the chance to play or sing the part he can play |

Maybe everyone could get a little part again and either sing it or play it on an instrument and then we could put it together into a whole song. |

I had an idea for a while: I know many people out there may not be able to play an instrument, sing, or draw very well, so why not do something everybody can do? Everyone can make a paper airplane, write an assigned lyric from "Paper Wings" on one of the wings, and let it fly (while filming yourself, of course.) This is a very easy project everyone can do! It's not very complex and/or artsy, but it'd be fun to see a compilation of airplanes being thrown. Just an idea! -Peyton |

Would be a good chance to show off my sick Bass skills  Using audio files might make it a bit difficult though so maybe just a video of people playing and putting it with the original song would make the project a lot more simple for whoever edits it (which I would be happy to volunteer to do) |

I love the cover idea. If you need a drummer I'll try my best, I've been playing for 3 or so years and ever since I started listening to RA I've tried covering their songs.
I also enjoy the paper airplane idea for Paper Wings, very creative.
I think it would be a cool idea if people said what their favorite RA song is and why. It could lead to some very heartfelt and emotional responses.

The paper airplane is rly cute I have one too, maybe sounds a bit old-fashioned.. and will take much time! we could create a mass letter.. (discribing in english is hard xD) so one starts with a page or a line on a paper, then it goes via post to the next fan, who adds something (text, some lines, a painting/picture, whatever), then to the next one, all around the world : D and everyone should add a post stamp or something that shoes in which country the letter was, and in the end when it's long enough, it will be sent to the band ! |

I like the airplane idea! Its not overly complicated but it would still be a lot of fun! The letter also sounds like a great idea, but it might take forever with international shipping and all that. maybe send in a note or photo or something to one person then they can put them all together and mail it to RA? we could call it the "projectrise box of suprise!"
